Make a Christmas Card

Sweet Christmas
Christmas is a wonderful, joyous season that everyone looks forward to all year! It's that special time of the year when families fly a thousand miles to get together and catch up and friends drink to another memorable year. It's also that time when one would have to take out a notepad and a pen and start the rigorous task of thinking what to give loved ones. It is hard right? So here's a suggestion. If you want it special, make it personalized or handmade! Make a Christmas card and show someone just how special he/she is!

- White cardstock by Georgia Pacific
- Classic Green cardstock by Bazzill Basics Paper
- ‘Candy2Share’ stamp set by The Stamps of Life
- ‘Retro Script Christmas’ stamp by Stampendous
- Momento ‘Tuxedo Black’ ink by Tsukineko
- ‘Lady Bug’ and ‘Cottage Ivy’ Memento Dew Drops by Tsukineko
- Doodle Twine ‘Christmas Assortment’ by Doodlebug Design, Inc
- Stamp-a-ma-jig by Inkadinkadoo
- Scissors by CutterBee
- Adhesive by Tombo
How to Make It:
{1} Cut green cardstock 4 ¼ x 11 , score at 5 ½’ and create a top fold card.
{2} Cut white cardstock 1 ½ x 4 ¼ and attach to the bottom of the card base.
{3} Stamp ‘Merry Christmas’ in red ink on the white strip.
{4} Stamp the 2 step peppermint candies using black, red and green inks and the Stamp-a-ma-jig for placement (follow instructions on Stamp-a-ma-jig package).
{5} Cut out the candy pieces in whatever color combinations you desire and attach them to the card base as shown.
{6} Wrap the doodle twine around the bottom part of the card and tie in a bow, trim ends.
